1. Are all my online transactions 100% secure?

Customers will receive an instant payment confirmation after entering their payment information and completing their order. We never store any of your card information. Our payments are processed by the most trusted partners, such as PayPal, and top banks like HDFC and American Express. Just as we are experts in the modern apparel space, we also have online payment security experts process their transactions. This helps us ensure that every transaction is 100% secure.

2. My card has been charged, but my order hasn't been confirmed yet?
Don't worry, just email wiaifit@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. If your transfer has been received in our account, we'll notify you and confirm your order on our end; otherwise, the funds will be automatically transferred back to your bank account within approximately 10 business days.

3. What payment methods are available?
Currently, you can choose to pay with a credit card or PayPal account. We're constantly working to provide you with more options and simplify your payment process. If you encounter any difficulties with the payment process, please let us know and we'll do our best to help you.
