At WIAI, every garment is custom-made to your exact measurements and design specifications. Because each suit is uniquely crafted for you, we have tailored our return and refund policy to ensure complete satisfaction with every order.

365-Day Free Alteration Guarantee

We stand behind the fit of every custom suit we make. If your garment doesn't fit perfectly, we offer a 365-day complimentary alteration service — at no additional cost. Simply contact us with your order number and measurements, and our expert tailors will adjust your garment until it fits you flawlessly.

This guarantee applies to all custom-tailored suits, shirts, blazers, and coats ordered from WIAI.

When Returns Are Accepted

  • Manufacturing defects: If your garment arrives with defects in stitching, fabric quality, or construction, we will repair or remake the item at no cost.
  • Wrong item received: If we made an error in your order (wrong size, color, fabric, or design), we will remake the correct item free of charge and arrange return shipping.
  • Damage in transit: If your suit arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement immediately at no cost.
  • Significant deviation from measurements: If the finished garment deviates more than 2cm from your submitted measurements, we will alter or remake it at no cost.

When Returns Are NOT Accepted

  • Custom suits and bespoke garments that have been worn, washed, or altered by the customer
  • Returns requested after the stated return window has expired
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Garments where the customer provided incorrect measurements (please use our free alteration service instead)
  • Personalized items with monogramming or custom specifications requested by the customer

Return Shipping Costs

WIAI covers all return shipping costs when the return is due to:

  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Our ordering or production errors
  • Damage that occurred during transit
  • Significant deviation from your submitted measurements

Customers cover return shipping costs for:

  • Change of mind on custom orders (however, alterations are always free — no return needed for fit adjustments)
  • Returns of non-custom, unused accessories within the return window

How to Request a Return or Alteration

  1. Contact us: Email wiaifit@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1 336 590 3806 with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.
  2. Get authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and detailed instructions.
  3. Ship the item: For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Pack the garment in its original packaging or a garment bag.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days), we will confirm the issue and begin the remake, alteration, or refund process.
  5. Resolution: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed or the remake is shipped.

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Inspection: 3–5 business days
  • Refund processing: 5–7 business days after inspection approval
  • Total estimated time: 8–12 business days from when we receive your return
  • Notification: A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued to your original payment method

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. For custom suits that need a different fit, please use our free 365-day alteration service — no return is needed. For other items, return the product for a refund and place a new order.

Return Address

All returns must be shipped to our production facility in Shenzhen, China. The return address and prepaid shipping label will be provided when your return is authorized.
