Free Shipping Worldwide

Complimentary shipping on all orders over $199 USD — including free customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees to all countries worldwide.

Orders under $199 USD are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method selected.

How Long Does Production Take?

All WIAI suits are custom-made to your measurements in our Shenzhen, China workshop. Every garment is cut and sewn individually — not pulled from inventory.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable international couriers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and national postal services. The carrier used for your order is selected based on your location to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery. All shipments are fully insured and trackable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can:

Track your shipment directly on our website using your order number
Track on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided
Receive real-time status updates as your package travels to you

Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of your order being shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

WIAI covers all international customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees for every order. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay — there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

For EU customers: All applicable VAT and import duties are included in your order total. No additional fees are due upon delivery.

Signature Requirement

Some international orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. If you are unavailable to sign, the carrier will leave a delivery notice and hold your package at the nearest pickup location for collection. Please collect your package within the timeframe specified by the carrier to avoid it being returned to us.

Delivery Issues

Lost packages: If your tracking shows no updates for more than 14 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately at wiaifit@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1 336 590 3806. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement within 48 hours.

Damaged packages: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, keep all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or repair immediately.

Wrong address: If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production has begun.

Packaging

All WIAI garments are carefully packaged in garment bags and sturdy shipping boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Custom suits include a complimentary garment bag and care instructions.
