Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window — Time Period
Custom-made suits: Returns for change of mind are not accepted. If the garment deviates from your measurements by more than 1cm, we will alter it free of charge within the 365-day alteration time period from the delivery date.
Manufacturing defects: Must be reported within the 7-day time period from the delivery date.
Ready-to-wear stock items: May be returned within the 14-day return window from the delivery date.
Return Cost — Who Pays for Return Shipping
Manufacturing defects / measurement errors (our fault): WIAI covers all return shipping costs. We provide a prepaid return label at no charge to the customer.
Change of mind / wrong size ordered by customer: Returns are not accepted for custom-made suits. For ready-to-wear stock items, return shipping is at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.
Alterations within 365-day alteration time period: Free return shipping is provided by WIAI. We cover all costs for alterations that deviate from your order measurements by more than 1cm.

365-Day Free Alteration Guarantee
Every WIAI suit is made to your exact measurements. If the finished garment deviates from your measurements by more than 1cm, we will alter it free of charge within the 365-day alteration time period from the date of delivery.
Alterations covered within alteration time period: Sleeve length, jacket body/waist/seat, pant waist/thigh/hem, collar, any discrepancy over 1cm from your order.
Return shipping for alterations: WIAI provides free return shipping for all approved alterations within the alteration time period.
How to Request an Alteration or Report a Defect
- Email wiaifit@gmail.com with your order number and photos
- Our tailors respond within 48 hours with detailed instructions
- Ship back using our prepaid return label (free return shipping for eligible cases)
- Alterations completed within 5-7 business days and shipped back at no charge
Manufacturing Defects — Report Within 7 Days
If your WIAI suit arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will remake the garment or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Contact us within the 7-day time period of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect. Return shipping is fully covered by WIAI.
Ready-to-Wear Stock Items — 14-Day Return Window
Non-custom ready-to-wear items may be returned within the 14-day return window of delivery in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error.
