I have to give WIAI a huge thumbs up! This custom-made coat has completely upgraded my wardrobe. The black cropped design is incredibly slimming and elongating, and paired with a striped shirt and white trousers, it's simple yet stylish. What surprised me most was the proportion of the sleeve length to the coat length; it was perfectly tailored to my figure, and wearing it instantly elevated my overall look. The fabric is of excellent quality, textured but not bulky. I was initially worried about the sizing when ordering online, but receiving the finished product completely dispelled my concerns. I've attached a photo of me wearing it to work, and my colleagues all asked where I bought it. WIAI's customer service is exceptional, and their measurement guidance was very detailed. I've already recommended it to my best friend and am planning to order another one in a different color!

This custom-made trench coat is absolutely amazing! WIAI's online customization service is incredibly professional; from choosing the fabric to finalizing the style, customer service provided a lot of helpful advice. This navy blue trench coat has a very flattering fit, and the multi-pocket design is both stylish and practical. The fabric is waterproof and breathable, making it very comfortable to wear in spring and autumn. The length is just above the knee, creating perfect proportions. After trying it on, the shoulder width, sleeve length, and waist measurement were all exactly as described—it truly felt like it was tailor-made for me. It's suitable for both business trips and daily commutes, and definitely deserves a five-star review!
