1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the wiaifit.com website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of wiaifit.com.

2. About WIAI

WIAI is a custom-tailored suit company specializing in made-to-measure garments. All suits are individually crafted to each customer's unique measurements and design specifications in our Shenzhen, China workshop. Product images on our website are representative samples — your actual garment will reflect your chosen customizations and measurements.

3. Products & Custom Orders

Custom-made products: Every custom suit, shirt, blazer, and coat is produced specifically for you based on the measurements and design preferences you provide at the time of order. Once production begins (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation), cancellations are not possible.

Measurement responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate body measurements. We strongly recommend using our video measurement guide and following the measurement instructions carefully. We offer a 365-day free alteration guarantee — if your garment doesn't fit due to measurement discrepancies, we will alter it at no cost.

Design variations: Due to the custom nature of our products and the use of natural fabrics, minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur between the product images and your actual garment. These are not defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Payment must be received in full before production begins. All transactions are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Custom suits require 9 business days production time (express: 5 business days)
Free shipping on orders over $199 USD, including all customs duties and taxes
All shipments are fully insured and trackable

6. Returns, Refunds & Alterations

Custom garments are produced to your unique measurements. Our return and alteration policy reflects the personalized nature of our products:

365-day free alteration: If your custom suit doesn't fit perfectly, we will alter it at no cost within 365 days of delivery. No return is needed — contact us and we'll arrange the alteration.
Manufacturing defects: If your garment has quality defects, we will repair or remake it at no cost.
Wrong item received: If we made an error, we will remake the correct item at no cost.
Change of mind: Due to the custom nature of bespoke garments, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. Please use our alteration service for fit adjustments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on wiaifit.com — including but not limited to designs, text, photographs, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of WIAI or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services or products without our express written permission.

8. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on wiaifit.com, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

9. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and measurement guides. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the website is always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of a pricing error on a custom order, we will contact you for confirmation before proceeding with production.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

WIAI's total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product you ordered
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays)

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from your use of wiaifit.com or your custom order will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of wiaifit.com after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
