At WIAI, every garment is custom-made to your exact measurements. We take full responsibility for our craftsmanship and stand behind every piece we create.

📦 Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery for all eligible items.

✅ Eligible Returns

Manufacturing defects — fabric tears, stitching errors, or hardware defects
Measurement errors on our part — garment deviates more than 2 cm from your submitted measurements
Wrong item delivered — incorrect fabric, color, style, or size shipped
Shipping damage — items damaged in transit
Item not as described — product differs materially from the listing or preview

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Measurement errors caused by inaccurate customer-provided measurements
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery
Personalized monogramming or custom embroidery (unless defective)
Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date

💰 Return Costs

No restocking fee — we never charge a restocking fee.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except when the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect — in those cases, we cover return shipping costs.

💳 Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the credit.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for defective items, errors on our part, or items not as described. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

📋 How to Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos or video clearly showing the issue.
We will respond within 24–48 hours with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Ship the item via a trackable courier to our return address below.
