1. Agreement

By accessing or using wiaifit.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Custom Orders

All WIAI suits, shirts, blazers, and coats are custom-made to your individual measurements and design specifications. Once production begins (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation), cancellations are not possible.

You are responsible for providing accurate body measurements. We strongly recommend using our video measurement guide. We offer a 365-day free alteration guarantee — if your garment does not fit due to measurement discrepancies, we will alter it at no cost. Minor variations in color or texture between product images and the actual garment due to natural fabrics are not defects.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before production begins. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment providers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Custom suits require 9 business days production time (express: 5 business days). Shipping time: 4–8 business days worldwide. Free shipping on all orders over $199 USD, including all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. All shipments are fully insured and trackable. A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Alterations

Custom suits: 365-day free alteration — if your garment does not fit perfectly, contact us and our tailors will adjust it at no cost. No return is needed for fit adjustments.

Returns are accepted for: manufacturing defects (stitching, fabric, or construction errors); wrong item received; transit damage (notify within 48 hours with photos). Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Accessories (ties, pocket squares): may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

Change of mind returns are not accepted for custom bespoke garments. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered by the customer are non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on wiaifit.com — including designs, text, images, logos, and software — is the property of WIAI and is protected by international copyright and trademark law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and measurement guides. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you for confirmation before proceeding with production.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIAI's total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by customs processing, carrier delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of wiaifit.com after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
