WIAI is committed to ensuring your custom suit fits perfectly. Our Perfect Fit Promise provides flexible alterations to ensure you are satisfied with every garment. If you require alterations or further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at wiaifit@gmail.com.
Perfect Fit Promise
We want you to feel confident in WIAI's custom apparel. If your suit, shirt or jacket requires adjustments, we offer the following alterations to ensure the best possible fit.
Free Alterations: Within 30 days of receiving your order, we will provide free alterations or remakes if the garment does not fit properly due to our measurements or global production issues.
Local Tailor Support: We work with quality tailors in over 50 countries. You may choose to have your garment shipped to one of our local tailors and we recommend that you reimburse up to $75 for alterations (with receipt).
Return Alterations: If a more substantial adjustment is required, the garment will be returned to our alteration center at your expense (free return shipping label provided). Altered garments will be returned within 7-10 business days.
How do I request an alteration?
Our alteration process is simple and straightforward, ensuring you get the perfect fit quickly.
Contact us: Email wiaifit@gmail.com with the alteration you require and include your order number and photos (if applicable).
Choose your alteration: You can choose to have your garment altered by a local tailor (we offer tailor recommendations and reimbursement) or ship the garment back to our alteration center.
Confirm alterations: We will confirm the alteration details with you and perform a quality check after the alteration to ensure it meets your expectations.
We
go to great lengths to ensure that the alteration process is transparent and convenient. Here are details on the alteration service fees and policies:
Free alterations: Only available if the garment does not fit due to WIAI measurement or production errors, and must be requested within 30 days of receiving the garment.
Customer Responsibilities: Alterations are the responsibility of the customer if the measurements provided are incorrect (more than 2 inches off the drawing) or due to personal preferences (e.g. style changes). In addition, customers are required to pay a local tailoring fee of no more than $75.
To ensure your suit fits the right first time, we recommend taking the following steps to get the most accurate measurements:
Use the AI sizing system: With our smart measurement tool, you can generate an accurate size file by simply entering your bust, waist, hips, height, and weight.
Double-check your measurements: Before submitting your measurements, double-check to make sure they are less than 2 inches so you can make your own alterations.
Ask a stylist: Our professional stylists can help you confirm your size or recommend a style that fits your body type (wiaifit@gmail.com).
