I chose expedited delivery, when can I expect to receive the goods?
Once you complete the order and confirm all the details with the WIAI designated stylist, we will ship from the factory as promised. All expedited goods are shipped by DHL Express. Normally, you can receive our products within 2-3 weeks (our production cycle is 7 working days + logistics time is about 7 days). If you need expedited, please contact our image teacher (wiaifit@gmail.com), and our expedited orders will be delivered within 8-17 days (expedited fees are required, and we will expedite the production cycle to 3 days + logistics time 5 days). If there is no natural disaster, local curfew, carrier violation, customs detention, etc. after shipment, we will deliver within the promised time. You can track your goods using the online tracking system or visit the DHL/Fedex website.
➖Can you expedite my order for free?
We always do our best to shorten the delivery time and ensure that you have a good experience. Our technology always helps us ensure the highest efficiency and excellent accuracy. But these timelines are developed through complex analysis of specific order execution. Since the expedited production line is different from the normal production line, we cannot guarantee the delivery time in advance. But rest assured, we will try our best. :)
➖Do you deliver to Armed Forces/APO/FPO/DPO addresses/PO Boxes?
Currently our products are limited to residential/office addresses. Someone needs to sign for the delivery. This is to ensure that your customized products can be delivered every time.
➖How do I know if you can deliver to my country?
We can deliver to almost all major countries in the world. ➖Why are some of my orders processed incorrectly/delayed?
If you are ordering multiple items for the first time at WIAI, we will ship one piece first to ensure it fits properly before processing the rest of your clothing order. If you require priority order processing, please email wiaifit@gmail.com. In addition, given the custom nature of the product, in rare cases, the shipping date may be delayed. In this case, your stylist will inform you promptly. In the event of rare natural disasters, any natural disasters, local curfews, carrier suspensions, etc. after the product is shipped, please contact your WIAI stylist or your local DHL container to speed up the processing. ➖ Do I need to pay additional taxes for my WIAI order?
No. Our product prices include all taxes for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU/EEA, Singapore, Australia, and Japan. If you are charged any customs duties in these countries, please contact your designated stylist or email wiaifit@gmail.com. They will definitely help you resolve the issue. Please consult your designated stylist before submitting any documents to the courier. Next time, please make sure to select the correct country. Prices may vary depending on the country you live in. Your current country is Japan. If it is inconsistent with your shipping country, you may need to pay additional local duties and taxes.
