🚚 Free Shipping & Duty-Free Policy

  • Orders $199 USD and above: Complimentary worldwide shipping — no shipping fees at checkout.
  • Orders below $199 USD: Standard shipping fees apply, calculated automatically at checkout.
  • All orders are duty-free: WIAI covers all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees worldwide. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

⏱ Production & Delivery Timeframes

All WIAI garments are made-to-order. Please allow time for both production and shipping:

  • Production Time: 7–10 business days after order confirmation and payment.
  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days (after production).
  • Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days (after production).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 2–3 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.

All timeframes are in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Remote areas may require an additional 1–3 business days.

💰 Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $199 USD (or equivalent in local currency).
  • Standard shipping fees for orders under $199 USD — calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
  • Multiple shipping options are available for your convenience.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
  • All orders are shipped from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
  • All international shipments include full tracking.
  • Customs clearance is handled professionally for all destinations.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Sunday.
  • Production begins within 24 hours of order confirmation and payment.
  • You will receive email notifications at each stage: order confirmation, production start, shipment, and delivery.
  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun (after 24 hours of order placement).

🔍 Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided for every shipped order.
  • Track your order in real time with estimated delivery dates, carrier information, and delivery confirmation.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • WIAI covers all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees for all orders worldwide.
  • No surprise charges upon delivery — what you pay at checkout is your total cost.
  • This duty-free policy applies to all orders, regardless of value or destination.

📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.
  • WIAI cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
  • PO Box addresses may not be accepted for certain shipping methods.

⚠️ Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost or damaged: Contact us immediately at wiaifit@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1 (336) 590-3806 with your order number, tracking info, and photos of any damage. We will resolve within 24–48 hours.
  • Delayed: If your order is more than 3 business days overdue, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package. If unresolved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
