1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the WIAI website (wiaifit.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Products and Services

WIAI offers custom-tailored suits, shirts, and accessories. All products are made to the customer's exact measurements provided at the time of order. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all measurement information provided is accurate. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system.

4. Production and Delivery

Orders are produced within 7–14 days and shipped worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 days). Free shipping on orders over $199. WIAI is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

5. Alterations

WIAI offers a 365-day free alterations guarantee. Customers may request fit adjustments within 365 days of delivery at no additional charge. Alterations do not include redesigns or refunds for measurement errors made by the customer at the time of order.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 60-day return window for unworn, unaltered items in original condition. Custom-made items are not eligible for standard returns due to their personalized nature. Contact us at wiaifit@gmail.com to initiate a return.
